(The Relationship Between International Capital Flows and Risk) International capital flows are especially important for developing countries because of the function of compensating financial deficits. In this context, it must be an investor that demands capital investment and a country that has advantage in capital investment. However, capital movement constitute certain risks in both countries. These risk factors which can change according to economic, politic, financial situation of countries can be determining factors of capital flows. In this article which predominantly examine foreign direct investments within the context of international capital flows, it is purposed to be explained the risks of multinational corporations and to be appraised development of foreign direct investments in Turkey.
