The purpose of this study is to adapt Diversity Perspectives Questionnaire (DPQ) developed by Podsiadlowski, Gröschke, Kogler, Springer, and van der Zee (2013) to Turkish. With this purpose, items were translated from English to Turkish first, from Turkish to English next. The consistency between original form and back-translation form was evaluated, then a pilot study was achieved with 18 teachers, and the final version of the scale was created in the light of the feedbacks. Data were gathered from 293 teachers via final version of the scale. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) results showed acceptable fit indices and five-factored model was confirmed. Besides, the internal consistency coefficients of the subscales were acceptable. Validity and reliability results showed that the Turkish version of DPQ has acceptable psychometric properties.
