In this study, it is aimed to reveal preschool teacher candidates’ views about application in which they performed in a preschool education classroom with materials. Also, they used the materials which they developed in Visual Art Education and Aesthetic for Preschool Children elective course. The study included 11 preschool teacher candidates who attended the relevant elective course in Ege University, Faculty of Education, Department of Primary Education, Preschool Education undergraduate program. The data were gathered through an evaluation form which the researchers developed in this descriptive study. The form contained open-ended questions for teacher candidates’ evaluation of the application, which they perform as a course requirement. Descriptive analysis was used for data analysis. Three main themes emerged and they are teacher candidates’ definition of the application, their positive and negative perceptions about the application, and their suggestions for the application. According to the results of the study, it is revealed that teacher candidates perceived the application as functional, indicated positive and negative thoughts, and make suggestions about the application. In conclusion, the relevant elective course functioned for preschool teacher candidates.
