Today, the studies on brain and teaching are going on in many directions. There are still a lot of questions unanswered. Similarly there are many points which still unexplained. However, up to time the studies on brain have provided many important clues on first language acquisition and foreign language teaching. In this regard, the explaniations of the relations between the functions of the brain and language acquisition and learning in the brain have helped to englighten many problems in this area. In this study, the subjects like the fundamental structure of the brain, brain and learning, brain and language acquisition are mentioned. Also, the relations of brain, learning and language are clarified in a different way. At the end of the study, some studies are examplified and some important points and suggestions are submitted.
