The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between the organizational culture and selected variables such as gender and organizational role (principal-teacher). For this purpose the following questions have been asked: (1) Do teacher perceptions about organizational culture differ according to gender variable? (2) Does organizational culture differ according to organizational roles? The survey model and quantitative methods have been used and the rational group sample were composed of 616 teachers and their 26 principals. The data of the study was collected by administering “Organizational Culture Scale” developed by Terzi (2005). In order to test the validity and reliability of the scale a pilot implementation has been carried out. The pilot implementation was carried out on 469 teachers who were not included in the main study. MannWhitney U test was employed for analyzing the data collected. There has been found statistically significant differences between teachers and principals perceptions according to all organizational culture dimensions. There has been found statistically significant relationship between men and women teachers perceptions working for primary schools in terms of support and succses dimensions of organizational culture (p>.05)
