This study investigates Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge – Web(TPCK-W) of prospective teacher groups within the context of Web Enhanced Instruction(WEI) in a computer course. TPCK-W was also investigated in terms of daily internet usage frequency and internet usage purpose. The static-group comparison design of pre-experimental methods was used (n=420 experiment group, n=217 control group). Mann Whitney – U and Kruscall Wallis – H non-parametric tests techniques were used for the data analysis. Web general knowledge, web pedagogical content knowledge, pedagogical web knowledge and total TPCK-W scale scores of experiment group showed statistically significant difference, in support of experiment group. The TPCK-W scores of prospective teachers showed statistically difference at medium effect size, in support of; who mostly use the internet as a communication tool than research or entertainment tool; and who use the internet 5-6 and more than 6 hours, than 1 hour or 1-2 hours a day
