The concepts of constitutional and parliamentary institutions in Turkey emerged in the end of 19th century to save the Ottoman Empire from collapse while political parties emerged in the period of 2nd constitutional monarchy. Since then democratic elections and parliaments have been performed and formed continuously and regularly. Since the shift to multi-party system in 1946, the elected MPs increasingly change sides between political parties in different ways and forms. In this study, we attempted to classify MP mobilization and investigate the New Turkey Party in this context
