This study has essentially two goals. The first one is to determine if there is a relationship and correlation between the aspects of organizational commitment and internal service quality. The second is to examine whether the aspects of organizational commitment and internal service quality make any difference between the sectors (public or private) that the employees work. To test it; a poll was administered on 142 employees, 69 from Aksaray Municipality headquarters and 73 from A and B shopping centers. According to survey results; there is a positive relationship commitment and internal service quality, and organizational commitment affects the internal service quality. It is also determined that emotional commitment varies between the workers of public and private sectors
