SMEs take important roles on to spread external markets and to be integrated with economy. Benefits of SMSEs would be comprehended clearly in terms of economic system when their structural features are taken in to account. Rise of government incentives in respect of export in parallel with positive contributions of the rapid changes on communication and technology to SMEs export policies have been the significant development indicators. Enhancement of export levels of SMEs and reorganization of the essential points in the base of development policies have become an essential study field. The aforementioned importance will be understood better when positive contribution of SMEs to country economy and their share in foreign trade considered. Accordingly, the aim of this study is the examination of significant elements of SMEs export performances
