The aim of the study is to determine the effect of ethical climate perceptions of the staff employed in four and five star hotels in Cappadocia on their organizational commitment. According to correlation analysis; It is determined that positive relationship between caring, law and codes, and rule types and affective and normative commitment. On the other hand, negative relationship between instrumentalism and affective commitment is revealed. No significant relationship between independence and subdimensions of organizational commitment is found out. Regression analysis results show that caring and rules have positive effect on affective commitment while instrumentalism has negative effect on affective commitment. It is found out that perceptions of ethical climate has no significant effect on normative and continuance commitment
