Packaging allows a consumer to reach a product in the most economical way and provides an ease of storage, packaging the information carried by the consumer choice and ease of use. Continuing the process of development together with the that of industrialization, the packaging would be made in order to protect the products, but now, it is mostly made as a marketing tool. The purpose of this study is to determine the clusters formed according to the preferences of oil consumers and to find out the demographic characteristics of consumers in each cluster. For this purpose, first, exploratory factor analysis, then cluster analysis using factor scores and finally the discriminant analysis were applied to determine segmentation consistency after cluster analysis results, it was concluded from the analyses done that consumers can be classified as conscious consumers, habitual consumers, easily affected consumers
