So many results that aren't mine?

Today, information and communication technologies, particularly computers and the Internet, have become an important part of modern societies and affected almost every area of daily life. These technologies have also inevitably impacted on the public institutions. With the widespread use of information and communication technologies in society, expectations and demands of citizens in public institutions have differentiated in this direction. Citizens using the Internet are in expectation of interactive communication and information sharing with public institutions. Therefore, e-government and e-municipality initiatives promising more effective and efficient services to the citizens have gained momentum throughout the world.
