Nowadays, because of the competition acquired a global dimension, firms must perform a number of innovations from production to marketing businesses within a process. But concurrently with the success of innovation studies, repetition of this success in other words innovation performance have another importance. Then, to ensure sustainable competitive advantage is directly proportional through innovation performance for the purposes of the enterprises. Departing from this point in this study innovation performance of the firms that trade in the dairy industry in Eskisehir attempted to evaluate by the supports of the experts who determined the factors that can affect the innovation performance in the dairy industry. Weights of the criteria and sub criteria which can be thought to have an effect on the innovation performance derived from Analytic Hierarchy Process and firms in question were to be listed in order with Grey Relational Analysis according to their innovation performance by the usage of these weights in the form of data. According the results of the study environmental factors have the most effect on the innovation performance and firm strategic capabilities and manufacture, marketing and r&d were in the last sequences in terms of level of significance. Additionally Firm 1 is the most appropriate alternative in terms of innovation performance
