The purpose of this research suggests that the company integrate ERP applications within the firm hovewer, as a result of the integration, it became evident that employees perform at differing levels which could negatively impact their QWL. Therefore, first of all the main subject of this study ERP and QWL will be discussed and different components with this intraction evaluated between ERP and QWL. Later, the ERP application intended use and the level of which is determined by three different levels of the working group, the ERP intended use and according to their Working Quality life of the change occurred in the qualitative research and analysis and will be evaluated. At the end, the negative impact of ERP on employees' organizations may be varied according to the position in the pyramid has been concluded
