The aim of this study is to research the effect of the perception of organizational justice of workers in banking sector on the conflict level between their work and family. In the study, all dimensions of the organizational justice, the work-family conflict and the relationships between them are determined. The sampling of the present study consists of 172 employes working in both the state and private banks serving in Bayraklı district of İzmir in Turkey. Various SPSS and AMOS statistical programs were used in the data analysis in order to determine the relationships among distributive justice, procedure justice, interaction justice, which are the sub-dimensions of organizational justice, and the work-family conflict. From the study, it is found that the organizational justice and its sub-dimensions have meaningful but negative relationship with the work-family conflict. Hence some suggestions have been made to bank employees and employers.
