The aim of this study, according to the views of teachers working in disadvantaged schools, is to examine the relationships between organisational commitment and organisational silence. Sample of the study were composed of 253 primary school teachers who work in, in Ankara, Turkey. In the study, the scale of “Employee Silence” was used to determine the degree of organizational silence; the scale of “Organizational Commitment” was used to determine the degree of commitment of teachers. The correlation between variables was calculated by means of correlation analysis. The results of the study indicated that; there are meaningful relationships between variables of the study which are organizational commitment and organizational silence. It is seemed that the strongest relationships between variables of the study are between organisational silence and adaptation dimention of organisational commitment.
