The purpose of this study is to analyze the statements regarding the mission, vision, organizational values and strategic aims of the companies traded on the Stock Exchange Istanbul by content analysis method as of 2017. More generally, the study identifies concepts that stand out in the mission, vision, organizational values and objectives of BIST 100 companies that hold the pulse of the country's economy. The motivation of this work is to guide the leaders, managers, business owners and decision-making bodies in determining their mission, vision, organizational values and goals for their organizations, and to help them focus on which concepts. Also, our country is to demonstrate conceptual changes over time by making comparisons with similar studies in the literature on mission, vision, organizational values and objectives that helped lead companies to their activities. As a result of research, it has been found that businesses prioritize the concepts of globalization and sustainability in order to survive in the world economy and market conditions that develop without giving up leadership and innovation in vision statements. It is also important to note that companies have important concepts such as sustainability, added value creation, environmental awareness, quality and leadership in mission statements; it is seen that companies focus on organizational outputs and sustainability in terms of objective values and purpose expressions regarding the bring-in of these outputs.
