Özet:

Hospitals are orgainzations that provide to health services with many services Patients have prefered Public hospitals due to health services are financed by government our country. In this survey investigated that perspective of patients provided by puclic hospitals and it the effects of the formation of corporate image. For this purpose, research was conducted with survey method on the patients that services provided by public hospitals. The survey has provided the opportunity to evaluation Public relation perspective of patients provided by puclic hospitals. The survey questions consist of two parts, It is located nine questions the whose demographic factors on the participants first section. The second section is located thirty questions that used five-point Likert scale and it was asked for Public relation. The survey questions were developed by the researcher with scanning literatüre. The survey questions were performed on patientsthat come 3 months in the hospital. 130 people participated in the survey that is essential reading. The obtained data were entered with running into SPSS 22.0 software package.
