Women have been among the disadvantage groups from time past and they couldn’t eraned the status deserve in society. There are many reasons for this. The most important of these are education, gender inequality, marital status, legal regulations and sexual and psychological abuse. These factors also negatively affect the participation of women in working life. The fact that a woman can not take her place in her working life prevents her from obtaining both economic freedom and the right to speak in society. Nevertheless, women are not benefited from the labor force negatively affects both the economy and employment The purpose of this research contributes to increasing the participation of women in working life with the flexible working. Survey method was applied in the study. The survey consists of two parts. In the first section are included participants' demografic variables. In the second section questions that about flexible working are included. 234 person participanted and have been used five point Likert scale in the research. The survey datas were exemined with entering into SPSS 22.0 software package. İn the research, according to 5% significance, there is relation between flexible working and marital status and having child (F(2,231)=4,289; p=0,015).
