The purpose of this research, the new technique in teaching beginners the sport of tennis and the 8-week intensive force to investigate the effects on the development of technical training programs and technical biomotoric. Studying Sport Science section of the survey a total of 24 athletes participated as a student volunteer. Training (n:12) and control (n:12) in group 1 two-Generated 24 men were tested athlete in the class. Participated in the research training group was created. Training The mean age was 21.4 ± 1.6 years, height 173.8 ± 5 cm, body weights of bounds at 66.9 ± 5.8. The mean age of 22.6 ± 2.4 years, height 176.1 ± 4.1 cm, body weights of bounds at 68.7 ± 4.6. Biyomotorik research tests; (flexibility, anaerobic power, speed of 30 meters, hand grip, back, leg strength, a maximum again) and technical (ITN) test was performed. SPSS program was used in the statistical analysis of the data obtained. As a descriptive statistical procedures and inter-group t-test was performed independ. Training and control group for comparison of force values of 30 meters, speed, flexibility, and technical tests found a significant difference between ITN values(p<0.05). Based on data obtained as a result of our work; tennis technique and strength training athletes who were determined reference values utilized in the future. In addition to the force of training and technical characteristics of both biomotoric were positively affected. Tennis training is done in training the force in addition to the athletes who we think would be useful.
