Özet:

Financing of health care, all the people and governments around the world has become a matter of increasing importance to. The effect of macroeconomic crises that occurred after 1970 as a result of the increase in the social security system of neo-liberal policies in developing countries and developed countries, as well as have to be managed. For this purpose, multi-layered systems of social security systems have already traveled a single layer at the same time, led by Chile, being active in radical forms for the privatization of social security, were studied. Financial problems in Turkey, the judgment constitutes a burden on the social security of the State yaklaşılıp, under pressure from the IMF hastily tried to reform. The system is moving towards the model of the IMF and Chile constraints. The main purpose of this model, but does not provide social security, the financial markets to source.
