People turn to common economic purposes instead of individual economic goals can only be realized with the help of an organized labor force. While it is expected that under normal circumstances the entire workforce in a country will be employed, various reasons prevent this expectation from being realized. For this reason, indicators such as the unemployment rate are used to determine the extent to which the full employment target is achieved. In the direction of developed economic policies, it is aimed to decrease the unemployment rate by comparing labor supply and demand with industry - university cooperation. In terms of industry-university cooperation, one of the main objectives of university education is to ensure that students are ready and equipped for working life and qualified labor force. For this reason, universities have an important role in the supply of labor force. The purpose of this study is to draw attention to the increased awareness of university students about their expectations working life expectations and to ensure that they are prepared and equipped for the job selection process. The data of the study were obtained from the students belonging to different departments and age groups in Pamukkale University-Economics and Administrative Sciences by questionnaire method. The knowledge and expectation of the students about the career fields they can attend after graduation are compared with Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis and Chi-square tests. As a result of this research, the main differences between the student groups and suggestions for improving the current situation were presented.
