The concept of urban transformation is defined as an approach that aims to transform the places that define both city and the place the city has changing the daily experiences and socio-cultural activities of the inhabitants into spatial organization. Irregular urbanization, unplanned growth, unqualified life with extreme migrations and earthquakes in our country have made Urban Transformation applications mandatory for local governments and central government. Today, there are a number of implementation problems that are proceed intensively which are expected to continue in the next 30 years. It is aimed to make a spatial evaluation of the transformations which implementations is done with different processes. In this way, the Mamak district, where we can see different slum area samples is located in Ankara. It is aimed to analyze the differences of spatial transformation of urban transformation by analyzing two different urban transformation examples in Mamak region. First of these samples were selected as the New Mamak Urban Transformation and Development Area in the Mamak district, which is known as the largest urban transformation application in the world. The second sample area is determined as the Nata vega Avm residential towers, which were active in 2011, and the royal residency, which is designed as a high-quality residential building with a rapid development around the area. In the study; selected sample groups were analyzed in the situation plan that establishes relations with the city and in the light of the spatial organization parameters that will show the interior space arrangement. Thus, the effects on the living areas of transformations realized in the selected area in Mamak district have been tried to be revealed
