The most important physiological needs of consumers participating in tourism activities are accommodation and eating-drinking. It is also not possible to enjoy any kind of travel without the need for accommodation and catering. Businesses need to supply a wide variety of by-products in order to provide accommodation and food and beverage services so that they can serve customers' requests. The purpose of this study is; Sakarya '' Tourism Enterprise and Investment Certificate '' investigates the amount and changes of the customer requests of the arable origin of the four facilities of three five star, five four star, six three star, one two star and special certificate and meet these requests is to determine the criteria by which the facilities operate. This study was carried out in order to find out how 20 tourism enterprises operating in Sakarya have contributed to the tourism markets of the region they are in. According to the obtained data, the enterprises are differentiating their region, room and bed number and statutory customer demands and setting the conditions to meet the required expectations. Sakarya is an increasingly new destination for tourists of Arabic origin. It is thought that Sakarya needs all the tourism stakeholders of the city to work together and to have effective coordination in order to get more share of this market with sustainable policies.
