For providing a better service and enhancing possibilities, mayors have to know how their townsmen utilize the public/local services they present; at what extent the services meet the requirements; and their effects on quality of life of the people For, just as their knowing what the citizens think about the services they present makes it clear those conducted during the use of public resources, it also serves to measure the achievement level in realizing the political aims or commitments. The quality of the service local governments present before citizen and satisfaction level of citizens from these services, behaviors of municipal employees, previous experiences of citizens and their perceptions about municipality, and the performance, legitimacy before people, and reliability of mayor affect mayor’s ration card in the positive or negative direction. The aim and problem of the study was determined as forming the achievement ration card of mayor, examining the satisfaction levels of citizens from the local services served by municipalities .The study was prepared by utilizing the project titled “Citizen Ration Card: Service Quality Perceived in Local Services and Citizen Satisfaction”, which was supported by Coordinatorship of Scientific Study Projects, Necmettin Erbakan University, with the project number of 141721003.
