The purpose of this research is analysed problem-solving skills of man and women who applied to 3. Family court. The research data was collected by researchers with questionary which was regulated by researchers and with Problem-Solving Inventory which was adapted to Turkish by Şahin, Şahin and Heppner and was developed by Hepner and Peterson (1982). 42,9% man and 57,1% women participated to research. Generally, people participated to research are between the range of 31-50 age. 40,5% of people participated to research are high school graduate and 26,2% people are university graduate.
