So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Kamu hizmetlerinin sunumunda devlet yapısı içinde merkezi yönetim ile birlikte yer alan ve ülkelerin siyasi yapısına göre şekillenen yerel yönetim birimleri halkın mahalli düzeydeki ortak ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması amacını taşırlar. Bu amacın yerine getirilmesinde mali yapı büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Nitekim kamu kaynaklarının yönetimini sağlayan kamu mali yönetiminin önemli bir kısmını yerel mali yönetim oluşturur. Türkiye’de yerel mali yönetimi düzenleyen çeşitli kanuni düzenlemeler mevcut olmasına rağmen, yerel yönetim birimlerinin sahip olduğu kaynakların önemli bir bölümü merkezi yönetimden aktarılan paylardan oluşmaktadır.
