ABSTRACT Sustainable innovation performance is triggered by a number of driving forces. Corporate social responsibility is also among these driving forces. The emerging perception of corporate social responsibility drives corporations to become leaders in sustainable innovation. In this study, the perception of corporate social responsibility has been evaluated by four dimensions approach including responsibility for social and non-social shareholders, employees, customers and government and there examined the ipmact of employees’ perceptions of these components on innovation performance. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between perception of employees' corporate social responsibility and innovation performance. Within this scope, an enterprise operating in the textile sector was selected as the research area in Konya province center. Questionnaires has been implemented on 120 employees who were working in the enterprise. Results of data analyzes indicated that there were statistically significant relationship between the perception of employees' corporate social responsibility and innovation performance. There was statistically significant relationship between perception of responsibility for social and non-social shareholders, employees, customers and innovation performance. There was not statistically significant relationship between perception of responsibility for government and innovation performance.
