The purpose of the study was to examine teachers’ perceptions of social capital and organizational creativity and to explore whether there is a significant relationship between these variables. The study adopted a correlational survey method in the study. The study group of research was composed of 297 teachers. The data were collected over the Internet and social capital and organizational creativity scales were used. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, and confirmatory factor analysis were used for analyzing the data. According to the results, the perceptions of the teachers’ were relatively moderate level about social capital and were also relatively high level about organizational creativity. It has been found that interest, interaction and participation dimension of social capital and the individual creativity dimension of organizational creativity have the highest average values. The researcher found significant correlations which were relatively low, moderate and strong among the dimensions of variables. In addition, it was observed that social networks and interests, interaction and participation dimensions function as significant predictor of individual creativity; norms and values dimension functions as a significant predictor of administrative creativity, and all dimensions of social capital perform as significant predictor of social creativity. Also findings showed that it is advisable to develop policies about interaction, trust and democratic understanding among school staff. In addition, the relationships between variables can be reexamined by mixed or qualitative methods
