Parallel to the development of internet technology firms start to use internet on performing various business activities Especially in the field of marketing internet provides many advantages for the firms Internet offers many tools for the firms on gathering and providing information communication transactions and distribution The purposes of this study are to determine the aim of using internet and to categorize the factors affecting internet usage in business to business marketing According to some important findings of the reserach it has been found that most of the business firms have been using internet and web for promoting the firm and its products communicating with their customers and incresing sales Also factor affecting the internet usage has been categorized as marketing effectivness cost effectivness adaption to technology and easiness of communication
