In this study Science and Technology books and study books which read at the 4th and 5th class of the primary education schools were examined For this reason it was studied with 374 classroom teachers who worked in the province center in Samsun and data required with attitude scale by researcher Cronbach alpha for attitude scale was found 0 9712 It was used factor analysis attitude scale post hoch LSD one way anova t test and frequencies for the analysis of data According to the results of statistical analysis; it was shown that most of the classroom teachers found the new course books and study books enough which were began to use in the 2005 2006 sessions But some difficulties were found for about the educational image some differences between the teachers’ obeying to the curriculum and how many hours the course should be were found with the results of one way anova In addition according to the t tests results some differences were found with sex of the teachers the sufficiency of the courses and how the teachers use the books Keywords: Primary program science and technology text book
