The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of the housekeeping managers about the service quality in hotels A literature survey is conducted concerning the importance of the service quality in hotels and the role of the housekeeping management in service quality In the research part interviewes have been conducted with the housekeeping managers in 92 hotels It has been determined that the housekeeping managers have quite positive perceptions about the service quality However significant differences have been observed between the ownership status and the activity period of the hotels gender of the housekeeping managers and the perceptions about the service quality Key Words: Hotel Establisments Housekeeping Management Service Quality
