Counterproductive work behaviors are among the behaviors that harms the organizations. In this study organizational justice and positive negative affectivity is analyzed as predictors of counterproductive work behavior. Data collected from the employees of 9 companies in Çorum. It was intended to diversify the sample by selecting employees from different sectors. Data were evaluated by correlation and regression analyses. As a result, it was founded that all dimensions of perceived organizational justice except distributive justice affects counterproductive work behavior negatively and distributive justice affects negative affectivity negatively. Also it was determined that negative affectivity has an enhancing role on counterproductive work behavior.
