Changes and developments in technology occurred in recent years inevitably effect the education system. Today, technology and education appear as two contents that are being used together. This case necessitated teachers to follow technological changes and developments specifically in education which is an important part of the education system. The purpose of this study is to determine chemistry teachers' requirements of TPACK model for in-service training. To this study, 37 chemistry teachers, working at Trabzon city center, joined. In this study, "mixed method" is used because of the qualitative and quantitative data collection technique. In this study, Recognition Survey of In-service Training Needs and semi-structured interviews are used as the data collection tool. Acquired data reveals that chemistry teachers can't use technology efficiently in their classes and they are very lack for TPACK model. In other words, it is confirmed that teachers joined this study are in need of technology usage and especially TPACK model for in-service training.
