Seasonal mobile agricultural labour is suggested to be indispensable for current agricultural activities. The qualifications included in the issue as temporariness and mobility cause several matters like education and accommodation. Solving or at least minimizing the mentioned matters can be provided by public planning and related investments. However; it is very important to regard the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of workers' families and their demands locally. In this study; the seasonal mobile agricultural workers existing in Erzincan by the year of 2016 are subjected and the general qualifications of the agricultural activities also the problems of the mentioned seasonal agricultural workers are tried to be detected due to the observations and interviews. As it is common in Turkey; seasonal mobile agricultural workers in Erzincan are mostly from Southeastern Anatolia. The migration herein is observed to be realized by the participation of all family members (it is not an individual activity) while analyzing the qualifications of the workers such as age and gender structures. The seasonal agricultural workers do not work only in a region, they move to various provinces to work during the period of 7 or 8 months in a year. This situation generates several problems both in terms of themselves and public administrations. The mostly mentioned fundamental problems are the issues relating accommodation area and shelter while matters such as the difficulties in transportation and health, severe working conditions, social discrimination and exclusion, child labor and other problems in children's education are the other ones stated. Several suggestions are held in the results chapter of the study due to the problems detected, throughout the possible solutions both in local scale and in general.
