So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Türkiye içln bir beseri sermaye stoku dizisi oluşturulmuş ve elde edilen veriler, bir büyüme muhasebesi alıştırmasında beşeri sermayenin ekonomik büyümeye katkısı araştırılmıştır. Beşeri sermaye stokuna ilişkin temel bulgusu, 1950-90 döneminde gözlemlenen lise ve yüksek Okul öğrenci sayısındaki artışa karşın işçi başına düşen beşeri sermaye stokunda kayda değer bir artış olmadığıdır. 1965-90 dönemi için yapılan büyüme muhasebesi alıştırmasından, beşeri sermayenin ekonomik büyümeye katkısı yaklaşık yüzde 40 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu ülkemizde beşeri sermaye yatırımlarının büyüme getirisinin yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir.
