Although MRP has advantages over statistical inventory control, it has some weak points. One is that uncertainty on demand cannot be added effectively to the MRP models. Another weakness is the system nervousness, which is the state of non-stagnancy of the planned orders. This situation in one step of production process affects the whole system. Mathematical model, aimed at meeting the dynamic-stochastic demand developed by Tarım-Kingsman for single and multi-level inventory systems, to eliminate the weaknesses in MRP, adapted to MRP. By this method, order amounts and periods determined those would give the optimum result. In addition, the study of Tarım-Kingsman that determines, at the beginning of the planning, up to which upper limit the orders have to be recieved has a potential to take the system nervousness away from the MRP system.
