The purpose of this study is to detemine school administrators' and teachers' perceptions of organisational culture. Scanning method was used in the study. Scale entitled as "School Culture Scale" previously devised by Sisman (2002) was used in the study. 30 administrators and 331 teachers, who work at primary schools in Buyukcekmece Region, constituted the study sample in the study. Results of the study showed that administrators' and teachers' perceptions of school culture were determined within the range of "most of the time". With regards to title variable, administrators' perceptions of school culture were higher than teachers.
