Throughout the world and in our country are increasingly aging society. A young our country has a population will occur due to the aging of the population problems of our country will be the problems that already matches that and not accustomed to, you will need to develop new approaches to deal with this problem. The most important problem in the operation of the older workforce, how to provide a healthy and safe environment in the work of these employees. Aging of the workforce in anthropometry, muscle strength, aerobic capacity, the sensory system (balance, vision and hearing), as this will cause changes in the negative direction in mental capacity, in parallel to increase in the retirement age, will bring together the health and the measures needed to be taken in the direction of safety. In our study may be taken in the direction of our country-the occupational health and safety measures are expressed in terms of older workers. Occupational health and kept in a healthy and balanced work environment of older workers in terms of job security is of paramount importance. Unfavorable work environment will lead to increased health problems while at the same time inefficient older workers. Elderly should benefit from the experience and training to the workforce to be changing with their new production processes and information must be provided.
