Today, non-governmental organizations have become more functional with constantly growing in importance and enlarging their sphere of influence both in Turkey and the world. Besides, sustainable and accurate human-resource planning which is one of the most strategic elements of business sector, have also become important for nongovernmental organizations. With the help of specialized and professional staff, it is expected that NGOs will be able to progress more stable and planned. Civil society organizations to have a skilled workforce and they managed to keep it within the long-term and sustainable organizational life would be in question. But our country is not like a professional enterprise producing services NGOs, leisure ideal to assess the human resource planning is seen as social spaces, unfortunately it does not seem unlikely
