This study aims to develop computer assisted worksheets (CAW) via spreadsheet and computer algebra systems for teaching "quadratic functions" in grade 10 mathematics curriculum and to investigate their applicability. This descriptive study was conducted through qualitative research method. In this research, multiple holistic case study design was used. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Thirty-seven 10th grade students participated in the study from high school in Trabzon in Turkey. It was also determined that CAW saved the instruction from being monotonous, drew students’ interests and helped them better engage in the lesson and made the lesson more fluent. Besides, concerning the ease of use it was understood that some guidelines were given for the use of the CAW and students did not have difficulty in usage.
