Abstract enThe aim of this study is to examine the level of aggressiveness of super amateur league soccer team players in Muğla. The players in Muğla Super amateur league soccer teams in 2012-2013 season participated in the study. Teams and players were determined randomly, 100 football players who took the questionnaire responded to the questions voluntarily. In order to determine the level of aggressiveness of players, Aggressiveness Inventory which was developed by Kiper (1984) and which was tested for validity and reliability by the researcher was used. The inventory has 30 items and three sub-dimensions which are destructive aggression, assertiveness and passive aggression. As a result, footballers were found to have medium levels of aggressiveness and the assertiveness levels of players were found to increase as their income status and ages increased. Studies can be done on soccer players who have aggressiveness with the help of trainers and experts who are educated about sports psychology. Thus, the soccer players have an optimal aggressiveness level, will be beneficial to themselves, their teams and national sports in general
