The aim of this study is to evaluated professional personality competence of physical education teachers by working in secondary schools and high schools branch teachers. The scanning model was appropriate fort he study. The participants were formed by branch teachers (n=363) who works in the public (n=32) and private (n=3) schools (total was 35) connected to the Ministry of National Education in Çanakkale Center, Ayvacık, Bayramic, Biga, Can, Ezine, Gelibolu, Gokceada, Lapseki and Yenice towns in 2013-2014 academic year. The participants were 55.1% women, 44.9% men branch teachers. Physical Education Teacher Professional Personality Competence Scale-Teacher (PET PPCS-Teacher) was used in the research. The inventory was administered to the participants face-to-face by the researcher. The data analysis of the research obtained results by using frequency and percentage distributions, T-test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann Whitney U test. According to the obtained research results; subcomponents of PET PPCS-Teachers gender, years of service, type of school, school level and branches are evaluated as “completely adequate.” There was significant difference found between school type and school level of the branch teachers (p<0.05) but was no significant difference found between gender and branches of the teachers (p>0.05)
