As it was yesterday, it is also the same today: the societies and especially the administrations have been being assessed with respect to the value that they attribute to the human. The Ottoman poetry has brought up unique artists, not only representing the society that they were born to, but also a common value of the whole mankind. Among those, the leading figure is Şeyh Galip (1757-1799) who closed th edoor of the divan(a council) poetry with his magnificient poem. Our purpose in this work is, depending on the verses of him “Take good care of yourself, for you are the core of the universe, You are the pupil of the eye of the cosmos”which is representing an Islamic thought, from the definition to quality, putting forward a general view about the human being.
