The purpose of this study is to determine the elementary school principals’ views about the supply and use of educational technologies in their schools. The participants of the study were 15 school principals working in elementary schools in Eskişehir in the academic year of 2007-2008. The research data were collected via semi-structured interviews, the data collected were analyzed through descriptive analysis method. The results revealed that most of the school principals had strategic goals regarding educational technology use and determined these goals together with deputy principal and teachers; that they updated the educational technologies with the help of the donations to the parent-teacher association; that they encouraged the teachers to participate in in-service trainings regarding educational technologies; and that they applied to Provincial Directorate for National Education and to the trainer teacher of information technologies to solve the problems regarding educational technology use.
