The aim of this research is to determine the opinion of school teachers about super visionos schools in the context of super visors and principals. To investigate there search purpose, teachers who have been working at various positions in İstanbul have been included in study. Research data was collected by simply applied sampling method of qualitative research method for collecting data about super vision applications of educational institutions and 108 teachers who work at different kinds of schools were asked to answer 5 semi-structured, open-ended questions. Consequently, teachers seem to be more inclined supervisions of principals despite of some reservations rather than the actual supervision fulfilled by educational supervisors in Turkish Educational System. Eventhough teachers have some prejudices about the objectivity of principal supervision, they prefer principals simply they have chance to work in along period and have the possiblity of being supervised more closely than actual supervisory practice.
