The purpose of this study; is to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior for the organizational and the individual with, and also the mediating effect of the organizational identification in this relationship. For this purpose, it was applied the scales related to the organizational support, organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior for the employees of a private hospital operating in Adana province. In the field study that was conducted with the assistance of managers, it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between organizational support perceptions and both dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees and organizational identification has a mediating effect on this relationship.
