In this research, in contrast to official history teaching, it is aimed to reveal that women are actively involved in the process of recognition of women's political right. In this process, what developments were experienced and the contributions of women to these developments were the subject of study. In this context, in parallel with the research question, women's discourse in Kemalism and women's movements from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic were examined and a theoretical framework was established. The universe of work (E) consists of the NGO’s and political parties in Çanakkale Province. Association for Supporting Contemporary Life, Turkish Women's Association, Justice and Development Party, Republican People's Party, People's Democratic Party, Nationalist Movement Party were chosen as a sample(n). The qualitative research method was used in the research and the interview technique was used as the data collection technique. The obtained data were analysed with Maxqda 12 program. Four codes were created; constructs, actors, participation and female images. These codes were supported with sub codes.
