The main purpose of this study is to give some information about interview technique and to identify some interview questions for teacher selection process. These questions can be use in order to gather some useful information about teacher skills such as: self explanation, oral communication and general characteristics of candidates. In spite of some disadvantages of interview method, the most videly used process of screening personnel for employment is the interview. When properly developed and conducted by a skilled person, the interview can be extremely worthwhile and act as an integral part of the overall precision screening and selection process. Generally, there are two types of interviews are data gathering processes. The information collected in the preliminary interview is use to determine whether or not the applicant meets minimum qualifications. In this study, the interview questions were classified as opening questions, general questions, classroom management, teaching strategies, measuring student performance, curriculum, personal characteristics and closing questions.
