The purpose of this study is to determine in-service training needs for teachers. Data were collected via a self-developed 35- item questionnaire. Subjects were 213 randomly selected teachers from four provinces. Differences in in-service training needs of those teachers who participated in in-service training programs and of those who has never participated in in-service training programs were tested by using Chi-Square. Results showed that there were no significant differences by these groups and both groups needed in-service training in various subjects related to teaching and learning.
